Request Data Deletion
To have us delete the Amazon data we hold for your seller account:
- Email dave@ardorgrowth.com with the subject line "Data deletion request."
- Include your brand name and the email address on your Amazon seller account.
- We confirm the request by reply, delete your saved Amazon data, and tell you when it is done, unless the law requires us to keep some of it.
To stop the tool from pulling new data, revoke access in Seller Central under Manage Your Apps. You can do this at any time.
